Goal members will receive system notifications as well as email notifications about Goal progress and Task requests. You are notified when:
- A Task is Completed in a Goal you have joined
- A Comment has been made in a Task
- A Post has been linked to a Task
- A request is sent if a Task has been assigned to you
- A Task assignee has requested to sign off a Task in your Goal
