If someone does not already have a Multi Me account, you can invite them by email to register and join a Supported User’s Circle.
Steps
Log in as the Buddy for the user whose Circle you want to manage.
Go to My Stuff > Circles.
Open the relevant Supported User’s Circle.
Click Invite Users.
Select the Invite to Register option.
Enter the person’s email address.
Choose the appropriate Circle Category:
Friends
Family
Support
Other
Add their role if needed.
Example:
Category: Family
Role: Mum
Click Send Invitation.
What Happens Next?
The invited person will receive an email from Multi Me explaining that they have been invited to join the Supported User’s Circle.
The email will include:
A link to register and join Multi Me
Instructions for logging in via:
A web browser
The Multi Me smartphone app
Once they have registered and accepted the invitation, they will become part of the Circle.
Access Permissions
You do not need to set up detailed access permissions at this stage.
Once the person has joined the Circle, you can manage their permissions later if needed.
By default, new Circle members:
Do not have access to private content such as:
Wikis
Diaries
Goals
Other personal areas
Can see:
Posts
Messages
Updates shared with the Circle
