Adding Circle Members into Circle Groups

As a Buddy, you can organise members of a Supported User's Circle into different Groups, such as Family, Friends or Support Team.

You can add someone to more than one Group.

How to Add a Circle Member to a Group

1. Log in as the Buddy and open the Supported User's Circle.

2. Click Manage Access.

3. Find the Circle member you want to add to a Group.

4. Under Groups, click + Add Group.

5. A window will open showing the available Groups.

6. Select the Group or Groups you want the person to join. A green tick will appear on each selected Group.

7. Click Select to save your changes.

The person will now be a member of the selected Groups.

Note: If there are no Groups available, you will need to create a Circle Group first.

Circle Groups and Privacy

Circle members can only access each other's profiles through the Circle if they share the same Group.

For example, you might have separate Groups for Family, Friends and Support Staff.

This helps keep the Supported User's relationships organised and protects their privacy.

Remember: Adding someone to a Circle Group does not automatically give them access to private Wiki, Diary, Goals or Media content. These permissions are managed separately.
