If you have edit access to a Diary Log you can fill it out every day. They log is pre-populated with questions, headings and multiple choice options by the Diary Admin.
Simply click on the radio button answer or add text into the Comment box.
NOTE: For safeguarding reasons any comments made in the Diary Logs can not be edited afterwards.
