Resetting a Supported User's Password

If a user hasn't added a registered email to their account, they won't be able to reset their password using the 'Forgotten Password' link on the login page. However, as a Buddy of a Supported User, you can easily reset their password by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account as the Buddy of that user.
  2. Use the top search feature to find the Supported User's profile.
  3. On their page, click 'Manage this User' (you may need to tap the 'Show More' icon on mobile)
  4. Enter a new password, confirm the password and click 'Update Password'.
