Resetting a Supported User's Password
If a user hasn't added a registered email to their account, they won't be able to reset their password using the 'Forgotten Password' link on the login page. However, as a Buddy of a Supported User, you can easily reset their password by following these steps:
- Log in to your account as the Buddy of that user.
- Use the top search feature to find the Supported User's profile.
- On their page, click 'Manage this User' (you may need to tap the 'Show More' icon on mobile)
- Enter a new password, confirm the password and click 'Update Password'.
