If a user has not added a registered email to their account they will not be able to re-set their password via the 'forgotten password' link on the log in page'. However, as a Buddy of a Supported User you can reset their password in these easy steps:


1. Log in as the Buddy of that user
2. Search for Supported User in the top search feature (to go to their page)
3. In ‘Quickmenu’ on left (desktop - click the 'show more' icon on mobile) choose ‘Manage this user’
4. Change the password and click 'Update password'.
