Multi Me no longer supports adobe Flash to record via webcam. You can now record audio and video directly into Multi Me from your webcam or camera using the latest html5 video streaming technology instead.
Providing you are using an up-to-date web browser this feature will work across smartphone, tablet and desktop devices. For optimal use of Multi Me please check that your browser is updated to the latest version.
If you are using Safari in Mac OS (desktop) you will need to enable this feature in Safari settings for it to work - at least until Apple does an update to change this, please go to this article to see how to do this. Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers already have this setting enabled by default.
