You can download all of your media files and sub-folders as a folder from the 'My Settings' area in Multi Me.

1. Go to 'My Settings' area and 'Profile settings'

2. Click the 'Request Archive of my Media'

3. Wait from a response from the Multi Me team (up to 24hrs), you will be notified when your media is ready to download from the 'My Settings' area. Your media will download to a folder on your PC, it will contain subfolders if you have created them in your Media area in Multi Me.

NOTE: As a Buddy you can also do this for a Supported User that you manage by accessing the 'Manage user' area.
