As an Account Holder you can turn your Forms into templates so that others can add them in your management account (AH).

1. Log in as the Account Holder > go to your AH Panel > Templates > Diary Templates

2. Create a new Form in a Diary template (or find a form you have created already in a Diary template and click 'edit')

3. Simply switch on 'Form Template' in the template builder dialogue

This will now be available for other users to add to their Diaries in your management account.
