You can set up an alert system when creating or editing a diary form. Alerts can be configured to notify a Supported User’s Buddies or specific users within a Portal.
Alerts can be set to trigger either every time the form is submitted or after it has been submitted a specified number of times within a chosen timeframe.
You can configure alerts within the Diary template to apply to all users bound to the template, or set them individually for each user through their own diary settings.
