Goals Tab – Insights Area Overview

The Goals tab in the Insights area provides a comprehensive overview of goal activity across selected users. It allows you to:

• Monitor active, completed, and overdue goals

• Track progress by goal area or theme

• Identify users with stagnant or unmet goals

• Report on finished goals and their recorded outcomes, offering insight into what was achieved and whether support was effective

• Filter by timeframe, user group, or goal status to help with planning, reviews, and quality assurance

This tab supports reflective practice, service improvement, and outcome-based reporting.

For visual summaries and trend analysis, the Charts tab includes tools that show goal progression over time, helping teams spot patterns and evaluate overall impact.
