Goals Tab – Insights Area Overview
The Goals tab in the Insights area provides a comprehensive overview of goal activity across selected users. It allows you to:
Monitor active, completed, and overdue goals
Track progress by goal area or theme
Identify users with stagnant or unmet goals
Report on finished goals and their recorded outcomes, offering insight into what was achieved and whether support was effective
Filter by timeframe, user group, or goal status to help with planning, reviews, and quality assurance
This tab supports reflective practice, service improvement, and outcome-based reporting.
For visual summaries and trend analysis, the Charts tab includes tools that show goal progression over time, helping teams spot patterns and evaluate overall impact.
