After you have downloaded the DTW APP from the Google play or Apple App Store


  1. Open it up by clicking on the app
  2. When you get to the log in screen simply add your username and password given to you by your line manager
  3. Your username will be in the format of FirstnameSurname without any spaces
  4. Please make sure you change your password to something you remember when you have logged in in your Account settings area
