If you go to invite people to your Circle but cannot see anyone to add, this usually means there are no users available for you to invite.


Why Does This Happen?

You can only add people to your Circle if:

  • They share the same groups as you

  • You have not already invited or added them to your Circle


Who Manages This?

This is managed by your Portal Administrator — the person responsible for managing Multi Me at your service or organisation.

If you cannot see the person you want to add, please ask your Portal Administrator to place you in the same groups as them.


Can My Buddy Help?

Yes.

Your Buddy can also:

  • Invite existing Multi Me users from other groups or portals

  • Invite new people who do not yet have a Multi Me account to join your Circle


Adding Another Supported User

If you want to add another Supported User to your Circle:

  • You must share the same group as them

  • Or your Portal Administrator will need to arrange this for you
