Creating a Circle Email Invite template for Supported Users in your Portal

As the Account Holder you can create a bespoke email message that will be sent to users that are invited by email to join a Supported User's Circle. You may want to explain about MultiMe and how you are using it with a link to information on your website for example. You may also want to add your organisations logo so that invitees know the source of the invite. To create a bespoke Circle invite temple please Log in as and Account Holder and follow these steps:

1. Clcik on the 'Manage Templates' icon 
2. Choose 'Circle Invite' in the pop up chooser 
3. Use the text editor to create your email template then click 'Save' to apply changes.

NOTE: Be sure to keep the Keywords in the email copy to retain the vital links in the invite message.
