You can delete unwanted user accounts from your Management Portal.


Note: Before proceeding, ensure that the user has given explicit consent for their account and all associated data (including Wiki, Diary content, and other personal data) to be permanently deleted. Once an account is deleted, all data associated with the user will be irretrievable. However, any data contributed by the deleted user to other users' content will remain intact, though the user will be listed as an 'anonymous user' in logs.

Steps to delete users from your Portal:

  1. Log in to the Portal as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Portal Area.
  3. In the user table, find the users you want to delete (you can search for them and check the box next to their username).
  4. Click the 'Select Action' drop-down above the table and choose 'Delete Users'.
  5. Click the 'OK' button next to the drop-down.
  6. Confirm the deletion to finalise the process.
