1. As A Portal Admin, go to the Portal Admin Area.

    • In the user table, Usernames are displayed as rows.

    • Information and functions relating to each user are displayed in columns.

  2. Search for either the Buddy User or the Supported User.

    • Both users must have the correct account type before you begin. If the user has not already been assigned Buddy or Supported User status, you will need to do this first.

    • You can also assign yourself as a Buddy to a Supported User if you require access to their Circle, Diary, Goals, Calendar, or other areas available to Buddies.

    • You can start from either side of the relationship:

      • Add a Supported User to a Buddy, or

      • Add a Buddy to a Supported User.

  3. In the relevant user's row, click the number in the SUs/Buddies column.

    • You can click this number even if it displays 0.

    • This opens the Buddy/Supported User membership settings for that user.

  4. Click the Add Circle Member button.

  5. Search for and select the user you wish to add.

  6. Choose a Category and Role within the Circle.

    • If no suitable category is available, select Other.

  7. Confirm that the user now appears in the Circle Members table.

  8. In the Is Buddy column, switch the toggle On for the relevant user.

    • This designates the user as a Buddy for the Supported User.

Completion

The Buddy assignment is now complete.

Note: Changes are saved automatically; there is no need to click a Save button.
