Using the Wiki Log Feature
The Wiki Log feature allows you to view and export activity logs for a Wiki over selected periods of time.
Logs help provide an audit trail of activity within a Wiki and can be useful for monitoring updates, reviews, communication, safeguarding, and compliance.
Types of Logs
Wiki Logs can be filtered by:
Updates — changes and edits made to Wiki content
Reviews — Wiki reviews and section review activity
Read Receipts — read receipt activity, including users sending and receiving read receipts
Viewing Logs
Logs can be viewed at different levels of the Wiki, including:
Individual pages
Whole sections
The entire Wiki
For example, opening the Wiki Log from a specific page will display activity relating to that page only.
To Use the Wiki Log Feature
Log in as a Wiki Admin or Buddy.
Open the Wiki you want to view logs for.
Click the three dots (Show More Options) in the Wiki menu.
Select Wiki Log.
Choose the timeframe you would like to view.
By default, the log displays All Time activity.Filter the log by activity type if required.
By default, all log types are shown.
Viewing the Log for a Single Page
To quickly view the log for an individual Wiki page:
Open the page you want to view.
At the bottom of the page, click the Last Updated date.
The activity log for that page will then appear.
Exporting Logs
To export log data:
Click the Export button.
The system will generate a CSV export file.
Once processing is complete, download the CSV file to your device.
Exported logs can be used for reporting, audits, quality assurance, safeguarding records, compliance monitoring, and support plan review evidence.
