Multi Me is your personal space. You can use it to record things about your life, work towards goals and keep in touch with people.

Most of your information is private unless you choose to share it.

Some people supporting you may also have permission to see or help manage parts of your account.

Your private chats

Your one-to-one and group chats are private.

Only you and the people in the chat can read the conversation.

What if I have a Buddy?

If your Buddy is moderating your messages, they may see a message request and approve or decline it.

They cannot open and read through your other private conversations.

Your Diary

Your Diary is private unless you choose to share an entry.

Some staff or Buddies may also have permission to view your Diary as part of their role.

Your Wiki

Your Goals

Who decides what staff can see?

Your Portal Administrator manages access permissions for different staff roles.

This means some people supporting you may be able to see or edit information even when you haven't shared it yourself.

You can ask your Portal Administrator who has access to your information.
