Who can see my information on Multi Me?

Modified on Tue, 27 Oct at 3:05 PM

Multi Me is designed to help you stay connected with the people who matter to you, while keeping your personal information private and secure.

Not everyone on Multi Me can see your information. What someone can see depends on your connections, what you choose to share, and the permissions they have been given.

Who can see my information?

Different people may have different levels of access:

  • People in My Circle can see information you choose to share with them.

  • Buddies are trusted people who help you use Multi Me and manage your account. They may have access to your personal information and settings.

  • Support staff and other professionals can access information according to the permissions they've been given.

  • Other Multi Me users cannot automatically see your private information simply because they use Multi Me.

What about my Diary, Wiki and Goals?

Your Diary, Wiki, Goals and other personal information have their own access permissions.

This means someone might be able to see one part of your Multi Me account without being able to see everything.

For example, a support worker might have permission to view your Wiki but not edit it.

Can I choose who I share with?

Yes. Multi Me is designed to support your choices about who you connect and share information with.

Your Buddy or Portal Administrator can help you understand your permissions and make changes where appropriate.
