Accessing a Supported User’s Diary or a Diary You Manage

If you are a Buddy or have been given edit/admin access to a Supported User's Diary, you can open it in two ways.

Option 1: From My Stuff

1. Click My Stuff in the main Multi Me menu.

2. Select My Diary.

3. If you have access to multiple Diaries, you will see a list of the Diaries you can access.

4. Click the person's Diary to open it.

Option 2: From the Person's Profile

1. Open the Supported User's Profile.

2. Find the Go to [person's name] Diary link in their profile menu.

3. Click the link to open their Diary.

Buddy Access

Buddies automatically have full Admin access to the Diaries of Supported Users they manage.

Other users may have View, Edit or Admin access depending on the permissions they have been given.

Note: You will only be able to access Diaries that have been shared with you or that you are authorised to manage.
