My IT provider has blocked access to Multi Me. What should I do?

Modified on Tue, 27 Oct at 3:01 PM

If you can't access Multi Me through your organisation's internet connection, your IT provider or network firewall may be blocking access to parts of the platform.

This can sometimes happen on networks used by schools, colleges, care services and other organisations.

What should I do?

Contact your organisation's IT Administrator or IT support team and ask them to check whether Multi Me is being blocked.

You can share the technical information below with them.

Information for IT Administrators

To ensure Multi Me works correctly, please allow access to the following domains through your organisation's network firewall or web filtering system:

  • my.multime.com

  • api.multime.com

  • static.multime.com

  • media.multime.com

  • multime-video-bucket-uk.s3.amazonaws.com

These domains are used to access Multi Me, load content and support features such as media playback and file uploads.

Please ensure HTTPS connections to these domains are permitted.

Still having problems?

If Multi Me is still not working after your IT team has checked these settings, please contact our support team:

  • Which part of Multi Me isn't working.

  • Whether you're using a computer, tablet or phone.

  • Whether the problem happens on your organisation's network, mobile data or both.

  • Any error messages you can see.
