My Goals helps you plan and work towards things you want to achieve in your life.
Your goals might be about learning new skills, becoming more independent, finding work or doing something you enjoy.
For example, you might create a goal called Learning Money Skills.
How does My Goals work?
Create a Goal for something you want to achieve, such as learning to be more independent.
Choose a Category for your Goal, such as Becoming More Independent.
Break your Goal into smaller, achievable Steps to make it easier to work towards.
Assign Steps to people in your Circle who can help you, and set start and end dates.
Work together and celebrate achievements as you complete Steps and make progress.
Link posts from your Diary to your Goal to build a story of your progress, including photos, videos and personal experiences.
Two ways to view your Goals
List View
See all the Steps in your Goal as a simple list. You can check what's been completed and what still needs doing.
Timeline View
See your Steps on an interactive timeline, helping you understand when things are planned and how your Goal is progressing.
Working together
You can involve people in your Circle, such as family members, teachers or support workers, to help you work towards your Goals.
Remember: My Goals is about what matters to you and what you want to achieve.
Please note: Your organisation can change the names used for Goals and Steps in Multi Me. For example, a school might use Objectives and Targets instead. The features work in the same way, even if the names are different.
