A Supported User or their Buddy can create groups inside their Circle.

Circle Groups help organise people and control who can connect with each other.

How to Create a Circle Group

  1. Go to the Supported User’s profile page.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click “Username’s Groups”.

  3. Click the Create New Group icon.

  4. Enter a name for the group.

  5. The other settings are optional.

  6. Click Create.


Adding People to the Group

Once the group has been created, you can:

  • Open the group

  • Invite members of the user’s Circle into it


Important Privacy Information

Circle members can only view and access each other’s profiles if they share the same Circle Group.

If two Circle members are not in the same Circle Group:

  • They will not be able to access each other’s profiles

  • They will not automatically see each other inside the Circle

This helps keep Circle connections private and controlled.
