The User Stats (also known as the Overview tab) gives a quick snapshot of individual user engagement and wellbeing.
It displays:
General system use – how actively the person is using Multi Me
Wellbeing emojis – a visual summary of how the person has been feeling
Alerts and concerns – any flagged issues or concerns raised by supporters
This tab is especially helpful for Keyworkers, Buddies, and Managers to stay updated on how individuals are doing day to day, and to pick up early on any changes in wellbeing or engagement.
