How to change your profile visibility (Public or Private)

You can choose whether your Multi Me profile is Public or Private.

Public does not mean your profile is visible on the internet. It only means other people who use Multi Me can find your profile when they search for you.

What is the difference?

Public profile

• Other Multi Me users can find you using the Multi Me search.

• This can be helpful if you want people to find you and connect with you.

• Your profile is not publicly searchable on the internet.

Private profile

• Other Multi Me users cannot find your profile through search.

• People can only invite you to connect using the email address associated with your Multi Me account.

How to change your settings

1. Sign in to Multi Me.

2. Select your profile picture at the top right.

3. Choose Settings.

4. Open the Profile Settings tab.

5. Find Hide my Profile.

6. Turn the switch on or off.

7. Select Save.

• On (green) – Your profile is Private.

• Off (grey) – Your profile is Public.

Being Public does not automatically mean other people can see everything you share. Your information has its own sharing and access settings.
