Requesting an Archive of a Supported User’s Media

As a Buddy, you can request a downloadable archive of a Supported User’s media files stored on Multi Me.

This includes media uploaded by the Supported User and media added by other users to their Wiki or Diary.

How to request an archive

1. Open the Supported User’s profile.

2. Click Manage [User] from the menu on the left.

3. Open the Profile Settings tab.

4. Find Request Archive of [Username]'s Media.

5. Click the Request button.

Your request will be sent to a Multi Me Super Admin for approval.

Downloading the archive

Once the request has been approved:

1. The person who requested the archive will receive an alert on Multi Me.

2. Return to the Supported User’s Manage User → Profile Settings page.

3. Click the download link that appears in the media archive section.

The download link remains available for 30 days after approval.

What's included?

The archive is provided as a ZIP file containing folders and subfolders, including:

• Media uploaded by the Supported User (Account Owner).

• Media uploaded by other users to the Supported User’s Diary.

• Media uploaded by other users to the Supported User’s Wiki.

Important

The archive may contain sensitive personal information. Download and store it securely, and only share it with authorised people.
