If you have Admin access to a Diary, you can manage its settings, create and customise Diary Logs, and control whether comments are allowed.
Opening Diary Settings
Open the Diary you want to manage.
Click More (three dots) in the Diary menu.
Select Settings.
Managing Comments
The Settings tab shows the main Multimedia Blog and each Diary Log.
You can switch Allow Comments on or off separately for each one.
This allows you to decide where other users can leave comments.
Managing Diary Logs
Each Diary Log appears as a separate tab at the top of the Settings page.
Click a Log tab to view and manage its contents.
A Diary Log can contain:
Questions for the user or support staff to answer.
Forms for recording information.
Personalised questions and notes relevant to the individual.
Creating and Customising Diary Logs
Diary Logs can be set up in two ways:
Using a template: A Diary can be linked to an existing template containing predefined Logs, questions and forms. These can be customised for the individual.
Creating personalised Logs: You can create new Diary Logs and add questions or forms to meet the person's specific needs.
To create a new Log, click + Create Log in Diary Settings.
Diaries Linked to Templates
If a Diary is linked to a template, its name appears at the top of the Settings page.
Changes to the master template may affect the Logs and questions in the Diary, but will not delete information already entered into the Diary Logs.
Tip: Use Diary Logs to organise different types of information, such as daily notes, home and service updates, support records or personal reviews.
