1. Open the Wiki, section, or page you would like to send a Read Receipt for.

  2. Click the three dots (Show More Options) in the Wiki menu.

  3. Select Receipts.

  4. Choose the person or email access user you would like to send the Read Receipt to.

  5. Give the Read Receipt a name, or keep the default name provided.

  6. Add a message for the recipient.

This message can include:

  • Specific things the recipient should look out for

  • Requests to review updated information

  • Questions relating to the content

  • Requests for feedback or confirmation

For example:

“Please review the updated eating support guidelines and let me know if anything needs clarifying.”

Selecting Content

A content tree will display the pages and sections included in the Read Receipt.

The selected content depends on where the Read Receipt was created from:

  • If sent from an individual page, only that page will be selected

  • If sent from a section, that section will be selected

  • If sent from a section containing sub-sections, these will also be included

  • If sent from the whole Wiki, the entire Wiki will be selected

You can add or remove pages and sections from the tree selection within the pop-up window before sending the Read Receipt.

Sending the Read Receipt

Once you are happy with the selected content and message:

  1. Click Send.

The recipient will then receive the Read Receipt request and be able to confirm they have read the information and optionally send a response back.
