Steps are the smaller things you need to do to achieve a Goal.
Every Goal is broken down into Steps to help you work towards achieving it.
Some Goals might only need 3 or 4 Steps, while others might need many more.
For example, if your Goal is Grow Some Tomatoes, your Steps might be:
Prepare the greenhouse.
Plant the seeds.
Water and look after the plants.
Pick your tomatoes!
Working on your Steps
You can:
Assign Steps to yourself or different people in your Circle who can help you.
Set start and end dates for when Steps should happen.
Add photos, videos and updates to show your progress and achievements.
Work together with people in your Circle.
Sign off Steps as complete when they have been achieved.
To Do and Completed Steps
Your Steps are organised into lists so you can easily see your progress.
To Do – Steps that still need to be completed.
Completed – Steps that have been signed off as done.
All – Shows all Steps together.
When a Step is signed off as complete, it moves from the To Do list to the Completed list.
As you complete more Steps, your Goal's progress bar updates to show how far you've come.
Celebrating your achievements
You can build a record of your progress by adding photos, videos and updates to your Steps.
This helps you and the people supporting you see what you've achieved and celebrate your successes along the way.
Remember: Every completed Step brings you closer to achieving your Goal!
Please note: Your organisation may use different names for Goals and Steps, such as Objectives and Targets.
